We play, invent, and create in popular forms of theatre:
slipping on a mask, gluing on a nose, donning an outrageous
costume, a trip and fall here, a laugh there, a sudden moment
of tragedy, in some cases theatre that educates, and moment
by moment out of seemingly nothing arises a show full of pleasure,
surprise, engagement, applause...Our
performances are founded in strong theatrical and circus technique
and the hard knocks of theatre tried and tested around the
globe.
“In the language of the screen comedians four of the main grades of laugh are the titter, the yowl, the belly laugh and the boffo. The titter is just a titter. The yowl is a runaway titter. Anyone who has ever had the pleasure knows all about a belly laugh. The boffo is the laugh that kills."
